Congratulations for choosing Mount Alford State School to enrolling your child.
Please access our enrolment documents in the document library.
A separate enrolment package must be completed for each enrolling child. Email, post or bring in person the completed enrolment package to the school prior to your enrolment orientation.
Once these are completed, an enrolment meeting with the Principal, Danny Laegel, can be arranged by contacting the school.
Please bring the following items to the enrolment orientation:
- You and the child or children applying for enrolment.
- Each child's birth certificate.
- Each child's most recent student report card and learning folio and records from previous school if available.
At the enrolment meeting, we will:
Discuss the details on your enrolment application.
Discuss any specific needs for your student.
Discuss uniforms, books and any fees payable.
Meet the teaching staff, administration team and ancillary staff.
Tour the school to familiarise with the learning environment.
When is my child eligible for Prep?
Child must be 5 by 30 June in the year they start Prep. View the Department's
prep ready reckoner calculator to determine when your child can commence their preparatory year.
