Mount Alford State School has facilities that cater to the 21st century child.
An established library with a comprehensive book collection is accessible by all classes. Our teaching facility hosts three air-conditioned teaching spaces, all appointed with an Electronic Smartboard used in daily teaching programs. Each classroom is a welcoming, happy, inclusive environment where students enjoy learning.
The Building Education Revolution improved our facilities by providing a Multipurpose Hall with a catering kitchen, that operates as our school tuckshop. The P&C enhanced the facility by providing a portable theatre stage for school and community performances.
The school's grounds are well maintained, with a functional bike track where students can learn and practice safe riding and road practices. A range of bike sizes have been purchased by the school and also kindly donated by our community for all student use. A large, sun-safe sandpit is used daily by our students and resourced with fun, educational and interactive equipment.
